I know that you’ll probably want to wear your piece all day long♡ However, some crystals & gemstones are not safe for use in water. If you want your one of a kind piece to retain her original luster, i recommend the following:
- Please handle with care & don’t wear your jewelry to sleep as this may loosen the integrity of the metals.
- Avoid exposure to moisture: Showering, perfume, salt water, chemicals, jewelry cleaning solution, or other abrasive substances.
- Beautiful natural darkening (patina) of your piece may occur with wear especially with copper, sterling silver, and brass. If this happens, rub gently with the jewelry polishing cloth provided in your package to remove patina and restore original brilliance🌿

🌀To restore shine on copper, brass, or sterling silver; polish darkening off and it will be good as new

Please understand all handmade jewelry may contain imperfections because they were uniquely made by humans🤍 Slight scuffs/scratches, darkening, is not grounds for a refund/exchange/ or return. (Most darkening can be polished away with a polishing cloth) These items are hand made, please treat them with care. Damage done by the customer is not at my fault. No returns/refunds on handmade items
If you must:

-Showering with copper, brass, or sterling silver will rapidly darken and dull your piece (patina offers a beautiful vintage feel). Although I do not recommend showering with any jewelry, so long as you polish your pieces frequently with a polishing cloth these metals can withstand getting occasionally wet with freshwater.

-Stainless steel is water safe as well as any gold filled jewelry. These metals will not tarnish but may dull over time. Polish frequently & handle your handmade jewelry piece with care

-I do not recommend sleeping with any handmade jewelry

Refunds/Returns & Exchanges 

Item Variations:

•Due to my products being one of a kind and handmade, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the wrong item was sent by my mistake or the item was damaged from/by my end. No exceptions. All handmade garments are made 100% unique to their own and may be different than product photos shown due to the nature of handmade items. None of my pieces can be exactly replicated. Item photos are a good representation of what you will receive, but color variations and/or different saturations may occur for any of my items. I will not accept returns for tiedye not arriving as expected, Tiedye is 100% unique to its own🤍 There is also a slight chance hand stamped designs may not be fully stamped and/or smeared. Please keep in mind items that are hand stamped & hand made may contain imperfections. This is to be expected, my crew are human not machines🤲🏼 Please continue reading and read item descriptions thoroughly to learn more.
•Patterns, details, color vibrancy, color placement, patchwork placement & color, tie-dye, etc will vary. Every hand made item is incredibly unique to their own

Clothing FIT:

•In cases of items not fitting or looking exactly the way you want them to (please keep in mind these are 100% hand made items); I do NOT accept returns as It would not be sanitary to resell after being in the hands of another customer. My handmade items may include different patterns, colors, placements than item photos. Please read my item descriptions carefully as I also include my general sizing information there! If you ever have any sizing questions please email me. Due to the hand made nature of all my items there could be slight inconsistencies in the measurements of each item since nothing can be exactly replicated as well as everything being hand measured while being made and then re measured by me. And Once the teams I work with create more inclusive sizing for me to carry, I will absolutely bring them to the shop!

FLAWS/DAMAGE

Earth in Echo items are handmade and one-of-a-kind which means minor imperfections may occur & are to be expected. Things that are not considered flaws: loose threads, transparency of fabrics, item not being 100% exact to the picture (pictures are only used for reference each color variation/fitting may vary), faded colors, different patterns/color placements, stones not being as colorful as product photos, garments not fitting as expected, holes smaller than a dime, fabrics being uncomfortable, etc. (But I also do not sell anything I would not/do not personally wear) 

•I do not accept return/refund/exchanges for orders made over 2 weeks from delivery date. Please look over your items for flaws immediately and contact me within 24 hours from

•All items are thoroughly looked over for flaws. If there is an issue with your item that is not stated above, please reach out by filling out my contact form in the menu to your left or emailing me within 24 Hours of your package being delivered. Please be sure to read all descriptions, & policies before purchasing. All sales are final 

•I will not accept returns/refunds for items damaged by the buyer. Please handle ALL handmade items with CARE. I THOROUGHLY inspect each item to insure it is sent to you in the best condition. All clothing sold in my shop is hand made with all the love. Please also treat them that way🤍

 CONDITIONs of RETURNS or cancellations:

•I require photos of the item you want a refund of, no exceptions.

•No refund/exchanges unless: Damaged from my end or wrong item sent. Please remember, we are all human. Me, you, & the mail man. Accidents happen. If you ever have an issue with something I created or packaged for you please reach out to me personally so we can get the issue corrected. PLEASE open your parcel upon delivery to ensure it is correct. If you received the wrong item you must contact me within 2 weeks of delivery. Please- not months later. If your tracking info says delivered but it is not: please contact your post office and file a claim

•You must request a cancelation before the label is made. If the label has been made and the package is still in my possession, packaging material cost will be deducted from your refund IF I already packed it

Shipping/ Taxes + Duties and INTERNATIONAL info:

•Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. This does not include taxes/ duties that may be issued by your country upon delivery.

•Earth in Echo is not responsible for import fees/ taxes/ duties due at time of delivery in order to receive your parcel. Please check your countries import tax requirements before purchasing. I will not accept returns for duties due at delivery. These fees are not from Earth in Echo, but from your country. These fees vary between countries and I have no way of knowing what the price will be, I have no control over this. If I do accept your return, 5% (re-listing fee) and shipping cost of the order total will be deducted from your refund to compensate for packaging and time items were not on the shelves.

•If an item is sent back to me for any reason including you not being home to receive your item, you must cover shipping cost to send it back to you. This is not grounds for a refund. You will be required to pay shipping costs to send back it to you again. Please keep an eye on your packages tracking information, most international orders require you to be home to fulfill delivery. If you could not receive the package due to any reason: A 5% re-listing fee and shipping cost of your order total will be deducted from your refund.

LOST MAIL:

•Earth in Echo is not responsible for packages once they are shipped. Once items are handed over, they are now in the hands of the postal service. Please contact your post office if you have any issues, questions, or believe your mail has been lost in transit. Once parcels are handed to the post office it is their responsibility to ensure they get to their destination. There is nothing I can do once I hand my packages to them.

•Please make sure your address is CORRECT upon purchasing. I am not responsible for packages shipped back to me for insufficient address or if the package is shipped to your old address. If a package is returned to me, you will be asked to repay the shipping fee to ship back to your correct address. There will be a 5% relisting fee deducted (including shipping since the postal service was used) from your order if you want a refund. There are NO alterations/corrections for your shipping address once the label has been printed as it is very likely I already dropped the package off at the post office.

 •Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be shipped🤍 After orders are shipped, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for your package to arrive within the US.

Damaged/LOST/Stolen Packages

•If 1-2 weeks have passed please file a lost package claim with USPS & attempt to locate your item (call them). If your package was marked delivered but it’s not at your address please wait 2 days & check with friends/family/neighbors. If you still can not locate your package and you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen in shipment please contact your local post office & file a claim in order for you to receive compensation. You must contact your post office in less than 15 business days after the estimated delivery date to file a claim. Check tracking frequently. Make sure someone is home/able to receive the package to limit possibility of theft.

Sari, recycled silk, and patchwork items are made from scrap or repurposed fabrics so material & colors will vary. Lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's exact color/vibrancy. All items are hand made and hand dyed: this means color saturation will vary. If you need a top or bottom to be a close color match to complete your set- please purchase them both in the same order

•Care Instructions: Gentle Hand Wash alone to prevent dyes spreading to other clothing especially with your first few washes. Washing Cold Water and Hang Dry. This is very important to limit the risk of dyes bleeding, fading, or material wearing/tearing/stitching loosening. After the first few washes you may hand wash in batches. Please wash dark+light colors separately: dark and colored clothing together and light clothing together. Please remember handmade clothing is not only an investment in yourself and our planet, but a handmade treasure that should be handled delicately🐚
